The Smithfield Arts Festival is a celebration of the visual, performing and culinary arts. This exciting new event will take place the third weekend of May in 2020 in historic downtown Smithfield, Virginia.
Artists are invited to submit their original work to participate in the juried Smithfield Arts Festival. This exciting new event will be held throughout historic downtown Smithfield. The festival welcomes work in a variety of media. All works must be original creations of the artist and representative of work intended for the exhibition in the following categories: • Watercolors, Oils, Acrylics, Pen and Ink Drawings, Pastels,and other fine art mediums. • Photography - all images must be shot by the artist, signed and numbered • 3D: Woodwork, Pottery, Glass, Metalwork, Fabric Art, Jewelry - must be hand made by the artist |

3 Categories: Photography, 2D and 3D Best of Show Award - $500 1st Place - $300, 2nd Place - $200, 3rd Place - $100 in each category SUBMIT BY NOV. 10, 2019

ENTRY FEE:
$35 non-refundable jury application fee BOOTH FEE: $125 per 10‘ x10’ space. Artists must provide their own tent which must be white and measure 10’ x 10’. Electricity is not available. Artists are responsible for providing and setting up their own display system for their art. Signage is allowed.
