Jewelry Workshop - Teardrop Bracelet
Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM Instructor: Diane Milner This is a great beginner class. Students will create a single strand bracelet featuring hand blown glass teardrop beads and Fire Polish Czech crystals. The class will focus on using the proper tools for jewelry making, how and where to obtain components, and skills to create a well-executed and secure closure. Suitable for young bead enthusiasts. A great project for home schooled students. Inquire about group rates and private class. Student Age Level: 10 years and up, Special Requirements: Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Workshop Fee $40, ($50 for non-members) plus a Materials Fee: $16 all materials and tools will be purchased and provided by the instructor. The costs for obtaining the materials will be listed as a separate fee and paid 1 week prior to class. |

Watercolor Florals May 6, 7 and 8, 2025, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2 to 4PM Instructor: Alexis Jones This class will give you some tips, tricks and pointers on how to tackle flowers with watercolors. We will explore different leaves and flowers as well as go over different watercolor techniques to help give depth to your paintings. We will use wet into wet and wet on dry techniques in this class. Some experience with watercolor would be helpful but is not necessary. Materials needed for class listed below. Class Fee is $75 for Members ($85 for Non-members). Register by April 28, 2025 to reserve a seat in this class. Materials needed: -A set of brushes- mixed media or watercolor specific preferred. Should have a variety of tips to allow detail work and larger layers for leaves and color -Watercolor sketchbook- preference of 5.5" x 8.5" or larger. Mixed media sketchbooks also work -Set of watercolor paints with mixing area- beginner sets with half pans work great. Preference of at least 2 yellows, 2 reds and 2 blues to allow adequate color mixing for variety -Paper towel or rag Any questions about materials please feel free to reach out to me.
